Micro Poster Privacy Policy

Micro Poster and Meta-connected business tools

This Privacy Policy also applies to Micro Poster, Savage Brand Hawaiʻi’s internal tool for reporting on and managing its own Meta advertising accounts and brand assets.

For these functions, we obtain authorized account and profile names and identifiers; Page, Instagram, campaign and ad identifiers; advertising settings, budgets and targeting settings; creative images, videos, text and links; and aggregated results such as spend, impressions, clicks and attributed conversions. We also keep permission records and reporting and management activity records.

We use this information to connect authorized brand assets, prepare and manage owner-approved advertising, measure performance, troubleshoot problems and maintain business records. Authorized operators and service providers supporting these functions process it in our local systems and hosted AI, reporting and storage services, including OpenAI. We do not sell or license this Meta reporting and ad-management data. General advertising-sharing language elsewhere in this policy does not authorize those activities for this data.

Micro Poster previously supported Instagram comment monitoring and messaging. Those workflows are currently inactive. Any retained records from that activity remain subject to this policy. Before activating messaging or comment processing again, we will review the actual data use, service providers and retention practices and update the applicable disclosures as needed.

The security and retention provisions in this policy apply to this information. We retain it for the purposes described above and delete Meta-derived personal information when it is no longer needed, when Meta requires deletion, or following a verified deletion request, except where retention is legally required.

To request deletion of personal information processed through Micro Poster, email cjuggernaut@gmail.com with the subject “Micro Poster data deletion.” Identify the relevant account or profile and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may verify your request and will explain any legally required retention. This request route is available to anyone whose personal information we process through the tool.
